The rates are without tourism levy!

The rate for the small apartment is for 2 people per night without breakfast buffet including VAT and for the large apartment for 2-4 people / night without breakfast buffet including VAT.

No animals allowed!
The reservation of the holiday apartment is only considered binding when a mutual written confirmation is available.
The holiday apartment is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Free internet access via W-LAN.
If the stay is less than 5 nights, there is a surcharge of € 49.00.
There is also a ski room, communal washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying room and garage on request.
Breakfast buffet can be booked for € 10.50 per person (also at short notice and individually)
A 5-course dinner with a choice of 4 main courses can be booked for € 31.00 per person. Can also be booked individually, but must be registered by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
After consultation with the management, a stay may also be possible when the hotel is closed.
Indoor pool (5x12m, 28 ° C) and Watzmann Spa (five saunas, infrared loungers) are available free of charge.
In the event of early departure, the apartment will be billed.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Our cancellation conditions are: up to 8 days before arrival free of charge, from 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of the total price. In the event of no-show, we charge 90% of the total price.
