Dear guest!

It is our concern to help contain the COVID19 pandemic and that is why we have carefully come up with a hygiene concept:

• Test obligation:
  An antigen or PCR test that is not older than 24 hours must be presented on arrival. Many pharmacies offer this service, also in our area. You are welcome to book an appointment at the train station pharmacy (approx. 500m from the hotel) under Corona quick test appointment at the train station pharmacy Berchtesgaden | testapp24.de. However, we would recommend that you do this at home.
  There is no additional test every 72 hours if the incidence value is below 50. If the incidence is over 50, a test must be carried out every 72 hours. If you have been vaccinated (the second vaccination is at least 14 days ago) or have recovered (proof required), you do not need to test.
  
• Mask requirement:
  In Bavaria there is currently a mask requirement (FFP2 mask or medical mouth and nose protection).
  In our house this means that you have to wear an FFP2 mask or a medical mouth and nose protection when you enter our building. You can remove the mask in the room, at the table (bar, restaurant, terrace) and in the wet area (pool and wellness area).
  
• Restaurant: 
  As already mentioned, you are allowed to remove the mask at the table. If you move around in the restaurant or serve yourself at the buffet, the mask must be put on again. There are also gloves that you have to wear when serving at the buffet (both hands). We have provided some additional air exchangers in our restaurant and also increased the distances from table to table.
  
• Pool- and SPA-Area: 
  We have opened our Watzmann Spa and all saunas (with the exception of the steam sauna). The normal distance regulation also applies here, but no masks have to be worn. We have limited the number of people who are allowed to use the facilities, i.e. only 6 people can stay in the pool at the same time and only a specified number in the saunas. This is written everywhere and is the responsibility of the guests.
  
• Check in/Check out: 
  You will receive an e-mail from us before arrival, where you can already do an online check-in. This has the advantage that your personal check-in time is shortened on arrival. To avoid an accumulation when you check out, you can settle your room bill the evening before.
